Statement:
“You Never Look at me” focused on shifting of perspectives, the struggle of differentiating between self and other. “I” present my own life experiences and memories through scattered objects and images. “You” are just someone who just saw me. And “this” is a game between “me” and “you “. Hi Tsz Cheuk (b. 2003) is currently pursuing B.A. in Fine Arts at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, graduating in 2025. His artistic practice includes drawing, painting, and imaging making. He attempts to infuse different visual experiences, from past to contemporary, to reinterpret and visualize personal emotions and experiences.
