Open Access Publishing Pilot for CUHK Researchers
You can publish your articles in the Cambridge University Press and Karger Open Access (OA) journals for free.
The CUHK Library has signed a transformative agreement pilot with the Cambridge University Press and Karger publishers to provide OA publishing opportunities for CUHK researchers. During the 3-year pilot (2021-2023), the library subscription fee paid to the publishers is partially used to cover the Article Processing Charge (APC) for publishing articles in OA journals and hybrid journals with an OA option. All eligible CUHK researchers can publish their OA articles with the Cambridge University Press or Karger with the APC fully waived. In addition, the Cambridge University Press and Karger Publishers will organize online workshops for OA publishing in January 2021.
