Data Analytics Practice Opportunity: Presentation Session (12 July 2022)
The Data Analytics Practice Opportunity, organized by the CUHK Library, aims to promote the exploration of data resources available at CUHK and encourage the reuse of data. Three groups of students were selected to develop projects to analyse data and create visualizations. They will be sharing their works in a presentation session on the following topics:
- Text analysis on Collected Exegesis of Recipes (醫方集解) from the Chinese Medicine Collection
- Analysis of the newspaper titled The Hong Kong News (1942–1945)
- De Bruijn Graph in Genome Assembly with Millipede Genomes dataset
