Interlibrary Loan Service and LibrarySearch Integration

Interlibrary loan and document delivery services will be integrated into the LibrarySearch in June 2025, and the current interlibrary loan system, ILLiad, will be decommissioned at the same time. The integration enhances user experience by enabling eligible users to submit requests directly via LibrarySearch without the need to log on to a separate system. Users can enjoy the convenience of managing these requests, downloading the requested articles or book chapters and submitting renewal requests, as well as managing other circulation activities from My Library Record in a one-stop-shop manner.

Please note that the history of requests in ILLiad cannot be migrated to the LibrarySearch and will no longer be accessible after the decommissioning.
