Important System Update on LibrarySearch on July 4, 2022

LibrarySearch will have an important system update on July 4, 2022 (Mon).  Please note the following major changes and take necessary actions (e.g. backup your “Saved Searches” and “Search History”):

Now until July 3, 2022
  • Backup your “Saved Searches” and “Search History”

Your “Saved Searches” and “Search History” will NOT be carried forward after the system update on July 4, 2022. Please export the “Saved Searches” and “Search History” on or before July 3, 2022 if you would like to preserve the saved data. Click here for details.
After July 4, 2022
  • Changes of ReadingList & Course Reserves

You can find your course readings, including reading lists and course reserves, via the ReadingList platform after the system upgrade on July 4, 2022. Click here for details.

  • Change of E-Journal Search to Journal search
  • Journal A-Z browsing will be replaced by subject-based browsing
  • The resource type “Journal” will cover both physical and electronic journals

  • The resource type “Book” will cover both physical and electronic books
